Where do the tickets come from?
From the same booking emails that build your itinerary. When you forward a confirmation, Trip7 reads it, finds the pass or the code inside, and saves it. You do not screenshot anything, and you do not keep a folder of photos of barcodes.
Multi-leg journeys are kept in order. A trip with two flights and four passengers gives you eight passes, numbered and in sequence, rather than eight attachments spread across three emails.
Why does the screen brighten by itself?
Barcode scanners struggle with a dim phone screen, especially in bright light at an outdoor gate or a station platform. Trip7 turns the brightness up automatically while a pass is on screen and puts it back afterwards.
In practice that is the difference between the scanner reading your pass first time and you holding up the queue while you find the brightness slider.
What else is kept with the booking?
Alongside the pass itself you get the details printed on it — seat, row, zone, gate, terminal, and the times it is valid — plus the confirmation number and the booking's address and phone number.
Attraction and event tickets work the same way as boarding passes. A timed museum entry, a train ticket and a flight all end up in the same place, so there is only ever one thing to open.
