These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trip7's website, waitlist forms, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep account information up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

2. Description of Services

Trip7 provides travel-planning and itinerary support tools, including AI-assisted summaries, organizational features, and contextual travel guidance. Features may change over time, and some features may be in beta.

3. No Professional Advice

The Services provide informational assistance and are not legal, medical, financial, insurance, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for travel decisions, bookings, compliance with local laws, and confirming critical details with official sources.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Services except as permitted by law.
  • Upload content you do not have rights to use.
  • Use the Services to develop competing products using unauthorized means.

5. User Content and Inputs

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (such as trip details and messages). You grant Trip7 a limited license to host, process, and use such content as needed to operate and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit any content you provide.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, email or calendar providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies, and Trip7 is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Beta Features

Pre-release or beta features are provided "as is" and may contain errors or change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time.

8. Fees and Billing

The current beta is offered at no charge. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be shown at purchase and may be subject to additional plan terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and related content, are owned by Trip7 or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized, no rights are granted to you.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip7 and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip7's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed CAD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trip7 and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of another party.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

If your account remains inactive for 18 months, we may send a notice to your account email and, if there is no reactivation within 30 days after notice, we may close your account and delete or anonymize associated data, subject to legal or security retention requirements.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by confidential, binding, individual arbitration in Ontario, Canada. You and Trip7 waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible. If any portion of this dispute section is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
