What can I ask a travel concierge?

Ask the way you would ask a person at a hotel desk. “Where should we eat near the hotel tonight?” “What is open on our free morning?” “How do I get from the station to the museum?” “Is this neighbourhood alright to walk through after dark?”

The answers come back with the practical parts filled in: how far away it is on foot, when it opens, roughly what it costs, and what other visitors said about it. Because the concierge knows your plan, it will not suggest something on the far side of the city an hour before your dinner reservation.

What is a travel brief?

Trip7 writes you short briefs as they become useful, rather than on a fixed schedule. The evening before, it shapes tomorrow for you: the weather, what is scheduled, and any heads-up such as an early start or a long journey. Before a flight it works out what time you should set off, and shows you how it reached that number — the departure time, the airport buffer, and how long the door-to-gate journey takes.
